I LOVE my beta readers! When I wrote my first book, I didn’t even know about beta readers. There are people who would take time out of their busy schedule to give help and feedback? And for free?! Yes, in my book there isn’t a better person on the planet! (Pun intended) I couldn’t have done it without all of you! Dana Mason, Emily Mettner, Karen Harper, Francis Vanessa Valladares Duarte, Jennifer Trevino, Rosie Amber, Sherry Christenson, Heather Taylor, Audrey Rich, Kelly Lovatt, Maari Hammond (Maari Loves Her Indies) Nancy Thompson, Amy McGlone Colorado Marshal, Rebecca Goss, Melesia Tully, Tamara Graham, Jacinda Mumbi, Jan Hinds, Char Webster, Linda Moffitt, Kathryn Gates-Gustafson, Daniel Randall
Nancy Saling Thompson: You did double duty for this one—and I couldn’t appreciate you more! Your suggestions were spot on as usual. Thanks for your expertise and friendship. You are the best!
Julie Hartnett: Just because. (You are also the best!)
Amy McGlone (Rebels and Readers Book Blog) You are a GREAT beta reader. I don’t think I would publish without your feedback!
Dana Mason: You have quickly become my go-to beta for all the intricate plot issues, character development—well, everything. Your eye for detail is unsurpassed!
Donna Feyen (More Than a Review): Even though you don’t usually read YA—you made an exception for The Reader. I really appreciate your support and kind words.
Maari Hammond—I love your kind spirit and enthusiasm. You make writing fun!
Kendra (Lola Kay) Sikorski—You have been with me since the beginning. Every author should have a Kendra! You are priceless. Thanks so much for all your help—words cannot express.
To my editors: Nancy Saling Thompson (Author and Editor) and Karen Harper (Purple Orchid Editing)
Victorine Leiske (Blue Valley Author Services)—Thank you for the beautiful cover. I love it
Sister Laurel, Laurie or Elore (Depending on the mood) We WILL move to Scotland and sit outside and read and write and . . . well, you know the rest.
Last, but certainly not least, my family. You know who you are
